Stroll through the graceful ruins of the only completely Canadian owned and operated mine in the Crowsnest Pass. This sophisticated early mining company built for the future, but the First World War interfered with markets and investors, and ultimately the operation failed.
Storyboards and listening posts guide visitors through the site, now shaded with cottonwoods and on the banks of a clear mountain stream. Historical interpreters deliver guided tours and answer visitor questions from May 15 through Labour Day.
